1. Getting Started

First, someone from the New View office will listen to the details of your project and assess your needs and the consultant that matches those needs. We’ll setup an appointment for one of our friendly project consultants to meet with you in your home. We offer several convenient appointment times to meet your needs. After the appointment is set you will receive a confirmation of the time and date of your appointment and who you will be meeting with.

2. Initial meeting

Our process begins with an initial meeting at your home to discuss the details of your project. At this point we will determine what your needs are and how to best address them. We will assess the problems and offer solutions. It is at this time that we will take measurements and go over your options and details.

 

3. Proposal & Estimate

Once you have decided on the details of the project, the next step is our comprehensive proposal and estimate. We lay out the entire project and help you understand what to expect. We give you several options that fit with most budgets. We will email you the estimate and help you decide which option will work the best for you. Our estimates our free. 4. Contract Signing & Communication

Once a proposal is accepted your consultant will send you a contract to sign via DocuSign. A 50% deposit is taken at that time, and it will put your job in motion. Our office will contact you to schedule a final and more comprehensive measure, so your custom products fit like a glove. You will receive, emails, phone calls and texts during every step of the process to know what stage your project is in from beginning to end. We’ll communicate with you regularly and answer any questions you have along the way.

 

5. Project Installation

This is the fun part, when your new products are installed on your home. We will contact you when your materials are received, and we will schedule and installation date that is convenient for you. Most of our projects can be completed in just one day to minimize the disruption to your routine. Our crews bring rubber mats and drop cloths to protect your property and use safety precautions. Our team communicates with you and the crew during the installation process. Our office is available to answer any question you may have while our crew is onsite. We want your entire remodeling experience to be as painless as possible.

 
 
 

6. Clean Up

It’s important to us that your home looks beautiful and feels like home after we leave. We clean up after the project and do a nail sweep to bring your home back to normal again. We haul away old building materials and recycle as much of it as possible. If something is not to your satisfaction, we will come back and take care of it and make sure it is completed to your satisfaction.
